Legacy Sun Server for Telstra – 100% Performance Improvement
Telstra faced performance issues with a customer’s fleet of legacy Sun servers. Touchpoint ran diagnostics to identify that the servers required an increase in processing power and memory. A comprehensive solution including sourcing components, pre-testing and onsite engineering services was provided. The result was nearly double the performance and a 50% reduction in the run time of intensive workloads.
